Catch the vision. We believe God is going to bring revival to the Yuba Sutter region. We believe that our collective, consistent and persistent prayers will move the heart of God to rain down revival on our community. Our God has a heart for lost and hurting people. So should we!
The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9 (NIV) Our community is plagued with many social ills which in reality are spiritual problems, results of sin: drug and alcohol abuse, domestic violence, child abuse (both physical and sexual), poverty etc. But we have good news! His name is Jesus. Listen to what Jesus says in Luke 4:18-19 [18] “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has appointed me to preach Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the downtrodden will be freed from their oppressors, [19] and that the time of the Lord’s favor has come.” Jesus came to set the captives free. And we are an extension of Jesus Christ. We are His representatives and we are to share His Good News. Our goal, our desire – REVIVAL. |
